7 Days Exchange….

1. Item can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of
receipt of goods by customer

2. Exchange will be accepted
only in the case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.

3. Your exchange request should
be sent by email to contact@samhitaweaves.com
within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

4. To avail of the 7 day
exchange, your item must be returned in its original unused condition to reach
us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

5. You can choose an alternate
product of the same value, lower or higher value for the product accepted by us
as exchange.

6. In case the value of the
alternate product is higher you will have to pay the difference. If the value
is lower, we will issue you a credit note for the balance value.

7. In case you are unable to
find an alternate product immediately, we’ll send you a credit note for the
value of the item(s) that you exchange. This credit note can be utilized
against a future purchase later. This Credit Note will be valid for a period of
90 days from the date of issue.

8. If you wish to cancel order, cancel it within
24hrs of booking. Samhita weaves does not allow cancellation of
orders once processing start. In such case the customer is eligible to exchange
the product as per our exchange policy.

9. Once receipt of the product, we’ll begin the exchange
process. You can then pick and choose an alternate product from our wide range
of collection at samhitaweaves.com

In case of Refund

1. Once we receive
your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your
returned item.

2. Defect to be
mark on the item along with all labels on it.

3. Give us 2-3days
to check and refund the amount.
